Returns

We want you to love your piece…

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece and we will be happy to create a Return Authorization for you. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Upon receiving authorization we ask that you ship your item within 2 business days.

Brigitte Regula is not responsible for the shipping of returns. We recommend sending with a trackable shipping service or an insured package.  We are not responsible for any lost merchandise.

Returns will be processed when received and credited to the original form of payment or store credit.

All items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned damaged or worn will not be refunded upon our discretion.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available within a style and for the same amount, or for an equally priced piece (within the USA). Brigitte Regula will only ship the exchange item after receiving the original purchase.

As with returns, all exchanges must be approved and pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be accepted.


Sale & Custom Work

All sale merchandise, special promotions and discounted pieces are Final Sale.
Brigitte Regula does not accept returns for custom work and gift certificates.


Brigitte Regula does not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. No exceptions will be made.
