Returns
We want you to love your piece…
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece and we will be happy to create a Return Authorization for you. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Upon receiving authorization we ask that you ship your item within 2 business days and provide us with tracking information.
Brigitte Regula is not responsible for the shipping of returns. We recommend sending with a trackable shipping service or an insured package. We are not responsible for any lost merchandise.
Returns will be processed when received and credited to the original form of payment or store credit.
All items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned damaged or worn will not be refunded upon our discretion.
Exchanges
If you changed your mind, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece and we will be happy to create a Exchange Authorization for you. Exchanges shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Upon receiving authorization we ask that you ship your item within 2 business days and provide us with tracking information. We will then provide you with an invoice for your new item.
Brigitte Regula is not responsible for the shipping of exchanges but will offer free shipping on your new chosen piece. We recommend sending with a trackable shipping service or an insured package. We are not responsible for any lost merchandise.
Brigitte Regula will only ship the exchange item after receiving the original purchase.
As with returns, all exchanges must be approved and pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Sale & Custom Work
All sale merchandise, special promotions, custom work, gift certificates, trunk show and wholesale purchases are Final Sale.
Brigitte Regula does not accept returns or exchanges for custom work and gift certificates.
Brigitte Regula does not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. No exceptions will be made.
